# genko.me > genko.me is a Japanese headless CMS built around the writing screen. It connects to Next.js, Nuxt, Astro and others, and delivers content through a REST API and official TypeScript / JavaScript SDKs. Everything about the specification and how to use it lives in the documentation (docs.genko.me). Read the index first, then fetch only the pages you need as Markdown. ## Documentation - [Documentation index](https://docs.genko.me/llms.txt): the title and description of every page. - [Full documentation](https://docs.genko.me/llms-full.txt): the body of every page. It is long — picking pages from the index is easier to work with. - [Quickstart](https://docs.genko.me/getting-started.md): connect with the CLI, then show a list, a single entry and a saved draft with the SDK's List and View. - [Delivery API](https://docs.genko.me/api-reference/delivery.md): HTTP reference for authentication, list / single / object retrieval and schema retrieval. - [CLI reference](https://docs.genko.me/sdk/cli.md): what init, pull, mcp and skill are for, the files they generate, overwriting and non-interactive runs. - [Migrating from microCMS](https://docs.genko.me/guides/microcms-migration.md): move schemas and content, then switch the endpoint, images and webhooks. - [Plans and limits](https://docs.genko.me/studio/plans.md): how Free and Pro differ, how personal and team quotas are shared, and how subscribing and cancelling work. ## For AI agents - [Working with AI agents](https://docs.genko.me/ai.md): when to use MCP, Markdown or the Skill, and how much to hand to an AI. - [MCP server](https://docs.genko.me/ai/mcp.md): registering https://genko.me/mcp with an AI client, OAuth sign-in, and the tools for searching docs and managing workspace content. ## Getting started - [Sign up](https://genko.me/signup): you can start on the free plan. - [Announcements starter](https://github.com/ichi1007/genko-announcements-starter): an announcements template built with Next.js. It runs without an account or an API key. - npm packages: `@genko-me/sdk` (TypeScript SDK), `@genko-me/react` (React display components), `@genko-me/cli` (CLI) ## Pricing - Free: ¥0 - Plus: ¥980 / month (tax included). A personal plan that raises the Free limits. - Pro: ¥4,980 / month (tax included). Suited to working as a team. - Plus and Pro come with a 7-day free trial, available once per owner account. - For the details, see [Plans and limits](https://docs.genko.me/studio/plans.md). ## Blog - [Blog](https://genko.me/blog): using a headless CMS, migrating from other services, and the record of building and running genko.me itself. - [Blog RSS](https://genko.me/blog/feed.xml): the title, description and publication date of every post. Usable for subscribing to updates. - [Blog llms.txt](https://blog.genko.me/llms.txt): every article with its title and description. Each article is also available as Markdown by appending `.md` to its URL. ## Optional - [Contact](https://genko.me/contact) - [Terms of service](https://docs.genko.me/legal/terms.md) - [Privacy policy](https://docs.genko.me/legal/privacy.md) ## Notes - Documentation pages return Markdown when `.md` is appended to the URL (or with `Accept: text/markdown`). - MCP server for documentation search and workspace content (Streamable HTTP, OAuth sign-in to genko.me): https://genko.me/mcp - Content is delivered from https://api.genko.me; see the delivery API reference above. - OpenAPI 3.1 description of the delivery API (no auth): https://api.genko.me/openapi.json - API catalog (RFC 9727): https://genko.me/.well-known/api-catalog
